• Independent stainless steel axles for ease of flow on rough trails where obstructions such as rock and roots impede movement between wheels.
  • The entire assemblies with exception of wheels are all made of aluminum and stainless steel and will not rust. This also reflects a lighter weight when compared to steel, without losing any structural strength and rigidity.
  • No grease bearings on hubs to minimize any impact on the environment.

Inverted and Standard position
  • The standard Frame Assembly position can be inverted very simply, by disassembling Cross Bars, to allow for negotiating very narrow trails to 10 1/2 inches.
  • Cross Bars are specifically modified with incremented adjustment holes for narrow trails and hull width deviations of various makes and models.
  • Hot on the Trail can be transported assembled or disassembled, however your needs are best served. Check out the photo gallery.
  • Duffle Bag with drainage grommets is optional when disassembly is required. Breaks down into four groups (wheels, crossbars, frame assemblies and hardware)
  • Pads are from recycled materials, non-abrasive to any surface we have used (wood, fiberglass, Kevlar, poly-plastics and aluminum), with no-slip properties to prevent sliding (with/without load). We do recommend straps when loads are involved, especially on hills or when more than one boat is part of that load.
  • All hardware has been standardized to eliminate problems, if replacement is required, due to loss in the field.
  • Each unit is serialized on the Frame Plate Assembly for personal authenticity and verification of product specifications and for limited warranty applicability.
  • Input and feedback is our business. “We want to hear from you” so we can better understand our products position in the marketplace and understand ones individual application or need.
